What's in Novogen Redclover?
Derived from red clover, Novogen Redclover contains a standardised 40 mg of the four principle isoflavones - biochanin A, formononetin, genistein and daidzein.

How to take Novogen Redclover
The recommended daily dose for Novogen Redclover is 1 to 2 tablets daily, taken with food. Take the Novogen Redclover tablet when you feel the most need for it.
Antibiotics may disrupt your gut flora and hence reduce the absorption of Novogen Redclover via the gut. Eating live yoghurt or taking a probiotic tablet may help to re-establish your gut flora and improve the absorption of Novogen Redclover.
H2 antagonists such as Zantac and Tagamet as well as proton pump inhibitors such as Losec and Zoton may also reduce the uptake of Novogen Redclover.
Novogen Redclover is available in a 30 tablet (one month) or 90 tablet (three month) blister pack.
